How it Works
Simpallo was built by a fence industry veteran with a simple purpose. That reason was to make the process of getting from a set of plans to a material list more efficient and less painful all while being stored on a cloud based system that is accessible from anywhere on any device.
Simpallo allows users to upload a full set of plans, search the plans and trace directly on the fence lines. When the lines are drawn you simply set the specs and the calculations are done. This same process can be done in a virtual grid space, a hand drawing, satellite images or anything else. You are not limited to only working from a plan set.
Everything can be tailored to fit the specific needs of your organization. Don’t like the name of an item? Just change it. The math is the not way you want it done? You can change that too. Simpallo does not have the type of fence you want to calculate? You guessed it, you can change that as well. Everything can be tailored to fit your needs and your style.
All components required for a type of fence are included in the same product. For instance, the Chain Link product will allow you to calculate material for 4ft tall standard residential or 18ft tall commercial with razor ribbon, braces, trusses and bottom rail.

Multiple ways to draw your fence layout…
Draw Directly on Plans
Upload a full set of plans and draw the fence lines directly over the original drawings. No need for a second software for measurements. Multiple types of fence shown here.
Draw on any PDF
In addition to plans, any type of .pdf file can be uploaded and used to draw layouts. Satellite views, images, hand drawings and anything else you need to measure. Simply convert the file type and draw the layout directly on them.
Draw on Virtual Grid Space
If no drawing is available Simpallo has a simple virtual grid space to draw the layout on.
Choose the specs you want on the fly
Easily set whatever specs you want for each project on the fly. Don’t see the options you are looking for? No problem, each organization can add, remove and modify options however they see fit.
Multiple fence types are included with the software and more can be added by each organization.
Concise Material list output
Condensed, easy to read material list output with all the parts and pieces required. Don’t like the description of an item? Surprise, surprise you can change that too.
Each organization can change the names of the items, assign cost to each item and completely customize the quantity calculations.
Unified Bid Calendar
One central bid calendar that shows all the projects your organization is actively bidding. Everything in once place, accessible by every user. Once a project status is changed to sold the job is removed from the bidding list.

Each Project includes a document storage area for easy, clean organization. Keep all your essential files in one easy to access, cloud based location.
Subscription Pricing
We offer two pricing options to fit your needs: Core and Essentials. With our Core package, you can upload and organize plans and documents, access our bid calendar and project search, and measure plans. If you need more advanced features, our Essentials package includes everything in the Core package, plus the ability to build out products and create material lists. Choose the option that best fits your needs and take the hassle out of fence project estimation.
Prices shown are per user, per month. There is no up-front fees or onboarding cost. There is no contract so you can cancel at any time.
